This week I am sharing a very special recipe. I discovered this recipe when watching food network or magazine, I don’t remember very well. But the recipe was so simple and yet mouth watering I remembered the ingredients and how to make it.
It is chocolate lovers paradise. And if you are chocoholic like me its even better. Soft buttery center, crisp caramelized outer with melted chocolate sandwiched between them. That pretty much gave you the idea of how wonderful this recipe is. It is perfect for desert or tea. So simple and easy yet you can please any crowd. So without delay here is the recipe. And best part with this recipe, just in case you forget to measure the ingredients just follow your instincts. Who doesn’t like extra chocolate?
Ingredients:
- 1 Packet of Frozen Puff pastry, Thawed
- Nutella Spread as much as you like
- 1 cup Dark or Milk chocolate ( Note: You can mix both or use either one according to your preference)
- 1 cup Brown sugar
Method:
- Flour the board with brown sugar.
- Put the thawed puff pastry on top of the sugar.
- Now spread the Nutella all over the pastry.
- Top it with the grated chocolate.
- Now roll the pastry.
- Cut the pasty into 1 inch thickness.
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Bake it for 30 to 45 minutes (depending on the thickness of pastry) or until the pastry is cooked. Enjoy!!!!
